A mother of five, Carrie balances her love for family with a passion for timeless design and flawless execution. As a seasoned Ironman athlete and devoted mountain enthusiast, she draws inspiration from Utah’s snow covered peaks and alpine beauty - infusing every event and holiday installation with a sense of purpose, place, and elegance. Specializing in luxury Christmas tree decorating and high-end corporate event planning across Park City and the state’s premier mountain resorts, Carrie leads with warmth, grit and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Under her direction, White Ginger Events has become a trusted name in creating elevated, unforgettable experiences.

Jamie Anderson has been a vital part of White Ginger Events for over 12 years, bringing creativity and a touch of humor to every event. As a mother of four, she balances her busy life with grace. Jamie has lived on the East Coast and spent a few years in Germany with her young family, experiences that continue to inspire her thoughtful approach to design. Her natural eye for design, thoughtful details, and calming presence help transform each space into something truly special. Her dedication and fun personality make her a valuable part of both our team and our client experience.

Director of Business Operations/Event Manager

Rachelle Laursen brings over a decade of experience, energy and dedication to White Ginger Events. Born and raised in Holland and now based in Utah, she has been a valued member of our team for more than 13 years. A certified EMT and mother of three, Rachelle is known for her calm presence, quick wit and unstoppable drive. Her eye for detail, paired with a great sense of humor and deep care for others, makes her an essential part of every event we produce - bringing both professionalism and heart to everything she does.

Lori Hulbert has been with White Ginger Events for over 15 years, bringing unmated creativity and passion to every event. Lori is known for thinking far outside the box - crafting custom arrangements that are as imaginative as they are breathtaking. She has a beautiful peony farm where she grows and sells her own flowers. A mother of five, Lori has called both coasts home - from California to Florida and brings a rich blend of experience, perspective, and heart to everything that she creates. Her work is more than decor - its a signature element of the White Ginger Experience.
